The Killer made its World Premiere at the 80th Venice International Film Festival in September
A still of Michael Fassbender from The Killer
David Fincher, the 3-time Oscar-winning director, is back with another thrilling story, The Killer. The movie is about a quirky tale of an assassin, whose perfect record of professional killing sets in motion a revenge and death spiral. It's a movie about precision, repetition, preparation, and how things can go spectacularly wrong even when you're prepared for everything.
The Killer's theatrical release
The movie had a limited theatrical release on October 27 and now is scheduled for its grand premiere on Netflix. Starring Michael Fassbender in the lead, it also stars Sophie Charlotte, Tilda Swinton, Monique Ganderton and Arliss Howard.
The Killer's Netflix release
The Killer will be released on Netflix on November 10. David Fincher, who is famous for presenting one of the most soul-stirring movies like Seven Fight Club, Zodiac, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and Gone Girl, is back with another gripping story.
On the other hand, Michael Fassbender, who took a long break after X-Men: Dark Phoenix in 2019, has come back with a bang. Surely, it will be a treat to watch him as the killer.
