I Love You (2007), Olympus Has Fallen (2013), London Has Fallen (2016), and Angel Has Fallen (2019), returned with the action-thriller Copshop in 2021. The 54-year-old actor was last seen in Kandahar (2023), which is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

During an interview with Metro, Gerard Butler revealed that while performing the action sequences, he injured 3 stuntmen. He literally smacked one’s head on an iron locker. Butler added that the stuntman is a close friend of his and he has worked with him earlier too. They were all good after the incident, but Gerard was worried because the stuntman was bleeding heavily. The second time was totally Butler’s fault. The stuntman crashed his head while throwing a powerful punch at Butler. The third involved a stunt gun.
