Youtube show Geetha Subramanyam, revolving around the highs and lows in the relationship of a modern-day couple, was a rage among netizens many years ago. Telugu OTT platform aha came up with its second season, which received decent responses from critics and was widely watched by audiences. The streamer has now announced the OTT premiere of Geetha Subramanyam’s third season.
Geetha Subramanyam 3 will arrive on aha on May 5, which the makers state ‘is a romantic comedy that promises to capture the hearts of viewers.’ The show is touted to be a celebration of love featuring Supraj Ranga as Subramanyam and Abhignya Vuthaluru as Geetha. The season will have eight crisp episodes on the whole that aims to keep viewers hooked to their screens.
The story aims to be a relatable take on modern-day romance, showcasing the everyday struggles of relationships and how love can conquer all. Geetha and Subbu work together in a software company and land in a project with a bizarre rule that forbids any romantic relationships between employees. However, does love have rules?

Geetha and Subbu fall for one another and the show presents how they they hide their true feelings from their colleagues. Tamada Media is bankrolling the show directed by Siva Sai Vardhan, the software employee-turned-filmmaker who had recently helmed the acclaimed web-series Hello World for ZEE5 and a season of Viu’s show Pelli Gola as well.
aha has come up with several films in the recent weeks including Das Ka Dhamki, Software Blues, I Love You Idiot, Ottu, Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha and the documentary aha Godari as well. Virgin Story, Newsense are the other releases for the platform in the coming days. Telugu Indian Idol 2, their music reality show, continues to draw many viewers to the platform every weekend.
