The much-awaited news Vikram fans have been awaiting was revealed some time ago. It was announced that Dhruva Natchathiram, helmed by Gautham Menon, will hit the screens on November 24. The action flick has been in the making for quite a few years.
The first trailer of the film was released six years ago. Cinephiles, who have been awaiting its release, were disappointed with the lack of updates on the project all these years, except for a few announcements. The movie is going to be Vikram's second release this year after Ponniyin Selvan 2.
Gautham Menon shuts down a troll in style
A Twitter user commented that she was a second-year college student when the movie's announcement was made. She is currently working in an MNC with three years of experience. Gautham reacted to it by saying that he's had a lot of learning since then.
The filmmaker said that he has directed three films, helmed four anthology shorts, made five music videos and that he has developed a keen sixth sense. The director has been winning appreciation from netizens for his reply with patience and humour sense.

Many memes and trolls were made about the movie's delay over the years. The other day, the makers finally released a new trailer, leaving film buffs elated. Movie lovers opine that the promo looks interesting and that the visuals do not look like they were made seven years ago.
Ritu Varma, Parthiban, Simran, Radhika, Vinayakan and Dhivyadharshini among others play key roles in the movie which has music by Harris Jayaraj and action choreography by Yannick Ben. Manoj Paramahamsa, SR Kathir and Vishnu Dev have handled the cinematography while Anthony has helmed the editing.
