Gautham Menon drops a major update about Vikram's Dhruva Natchathiram audio release

Filmmaker Gautham Menon is very confident about releasing Vikram's Dhruva Natchathiram in cinemas soon.

Filmmaker-actor Gautham Menon is very confident about releasing his long-delayed ambitious spy-thriller Dhruva Natchathiram in cinemas soon. But, unlike the past instances, it seems all things are finally falling into place for the movie's theatrical release this time.

Earlier, in an interview, Gautham had revealed that Dhruva Natchathiram may release in cinemas in about 60 days. And he also noted that the film will be the first in the Dhruva Natchathiram series.

Gautham has reunited with music composer Harris Jayaraj for this movie after a long time. And the filmmaker was seen having a lot of fun at the recently-held Harris Jayaraj live concert in Malaysia. While speaking at the event, he gave another major update about the film. He revealed that Harris has composed three songs for the first instalment of Dhruva Natchathiram and one of the songs will be similar to the hit dance number Ava Enna Enna Thedi Vandha Anjala from his 2008 cult classic Vaaranam Aayiram. What's more, Gautham said that the film's audio launch will happen in July. His latest comments have further confirmed the speculations that Dhruva Natchathiram will hit the screens in July.

According to reports, the filmmakers have planned to release it in cinemas in the second week of July.

A few years back, Dhruva Natchathiram faced a setback when actor Suriya withdrew from the project due to creative disagreements with Gautham. Interestingly, Gautham had approached Superstar Rajinikanth with the film before Vikram ultimately secured the role. The movie went on floors in 2016.

Besides Vikram, Dhruva Natchathiram also features an impressive ensemble cast, including Simran, Ritu Varma, Aishwarya Rajesh, Parthiepan, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Dhivyadharshini, Vamsi Krishna, and Sathish Krishnan.
