Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar announce pregnancy, shares the cutest video

The couple has been married for nearly two years now.

Congratulations are in order for Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar, as they are all set to embrace parenthood. The actor-model took to her Instagram page and shared a collaborative post with her husband to make the announcement. They shared a cute animated video that read, "One became two where Z met G. And now the adventure continues as we soon become three! Seeking all your prayers and journey in this new journey."

Gauahar captioned her post, "Bismillah hir Rahmaan nir Raheem. Need all your love and prayers. Ma sha Allah! @pixiedustdesign showering their best on us from our wedding to this beautiful new journey too."

Gauahar and Zaid tied the knot on December 25, 2022, after a short courtship. Since then, the couple has been making fans gush over them by sharing cutesy posts with each other on their Instagram pages.

Gauahar previously addressed pregnancy rumours in a Bollywood Bubble interview. The actor has stated that she is no longer interested in these rumours. She added that she would decide when to announce her pregnancy or not. The idea that if one is out there, people will judge them and talk about them is one she also subscribes to.

Gauahar went on to say that one's issue is whether they are going to be impacted by it. If one is going to be overly sensitive about it, that's their problem, just like if one is on a reality show, the viewers will evaluate them and have opinions about them. One must therefore be ready for it; that's acceptable.

While she told Hindustan Times that she is excited to become a mother, the actor is sincerely hoping that this happens soon. Gauahar said that she doesn't make plans, so when anything is about to happen, it will. After a year or two, Zaid and she had not planned on doing it. They have never truly talked about this.
