Garadi soundtrack includes five songs and 'Hodirele Halagi' is the first of the lot
Yogaraj Bhat's maiden attempt at a sports drama in Garadi has evoked a lot of interest among filmgoers who are keenly looking forward to seeing what the prolific filmmaker has put together. He has the support of cop-turned-actor & politician B.C. Patil who is not only producing the film under his home banner but also playing an important character.
Garadi stars Yashas Surya and Sonal Monteiro in the lead roles with Challenging Star Darshan, too, part of the cast in a key role. The film's posters and other promotional material have already piqued the curiosity of the audiences and to offer a new glimpse of this unique world, the makers have released the first single which comes as a celebration dance number.
Titled Hodirele Halagi, the song is indeed quite celebratory in nature with Nishvika Naidu featuring in it. The actress, who reveals in an interview that she always wished to do a dance number, looks quite in her element dancing to V. Harikrishna's beats. And with Yogaraj Bhat penning the lyrics in his trademark style, the song is elevated to a new level that is sure to charm its listeners.
In the same interview with a media outlet, Nishvika shares that having been a dancer for a long time, it was indeed great to present her skills and be part of a Yogaraj Bhat film. She plays the female lead in Bhat's other film Karataka Damanaka, which also stars Shiva Rajkumar, Prabhudeva and Priya Anand.
As far as the Garadi soundtrack is concerned, reports inform us that the album includes five songs and 'Hodirele Halagi' is the first of the lot. Music has been an integral element of Yogaraj Bhat's filmmaking and his collaborations with composers, particularly V. Harikrishna, have yielded cult classic songs. One hopes that Garadi, too, delivers on those expectations.
