Huma Qureshi in Shikayat song
The makers of Alia Bhatt starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi have dropped multiple songs till now, however, Shikayat is going to churn out your old heartbreaking wound. The latest track has been composed by filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali himself. Rendered in the melodious voice of Archana Gore, it has been penned by A M Turaz.
The groovy track is presented in the form of a qawwali, and Huma Qureshi is seen performing on the stage with all her charm and beautiful expressions. The performance is presented on the occasion of Afsaan's (Shantanu Maheshwari) wedding ceremony with another girl. It can be devastating, watching the arrival of Gangubai's former lover's procession for someone else.
Moving ahead, the song sees Gangubai reach the event to bless the union with a heavy heart. Sitting at a distance beside her old love, she remembers all the good things and romantic moments that she has spent with him.
Meanwhile, Afsaan doesn't seem very thrilled about his own wedding. The song ends as Gangubai leaves the event.
