Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra have bid adieu to Lord Ganesha with a smile. They were seen barefoot on the streets of Mumbai during Ganesh Visarjan. Tejasswi and Karan were captured praying to Bappa. Later, she carried the kalash just as they were about to ask Bappa ‘pudchya varshi lavkar ya’ (to come back sooner next year).

With agarbattis in hand, Tejasswi prayed to Lord Ganesha. Karan stood near her and chanted the Ganesh aarti. Tejasswi, a Maharashtrian, hosts Ganpati at her house.

Two years of togetherness

Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash fell in love during their time Bigg Boss 15. While Tejasswi called Karan Sunny, he called her Laddoo. They eventually confessed being in love and made their relationship official. Tejasswi and Karan also received their parents’ blessings right before the grand finale. Eventually, Tejasswi picked up the trophy and they have grown stronger since.

Growing despite controversy

Tejasswi and Karan faced a controversy head on. It was when a video of them getting way too cosy while being drunk went viral and netizens started bashing them. This happened in the midst of rumours of them getting engaged and possibly married soon. Karan and Tejasswi have maintained since that they are matured beings who write down and work on their goals every day of their lives, which goes on to prove that they are serious in their relationship and are not only in it for the fun of being in a relationship.

Their TV stints since

During her win itself, Tejasswi was offered and became a part of Naagin 6. The show was a major hit and ended only recently. Meanwhile, Karan was a jailer on Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Upp. He then hosted Dance Deewane Juniors and is now a part of the TV show, Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal. On the show, he plays the role of a vampire named Veer Oberoi. The show is popular for his bromance with Gashmeer Mahajani. It stars Reem Shaikh as the female lead.
