Ganesh Venkatram wraps up shoot for Sabari; Varalaxmi Sarathkumar calls him a wonderful co-star

Ganesh Venkatram, has wrapped up the portions for his upcoming film, Sabari, in which he teams up with Varalaxmi Sarathkumar for the first time. The film is said to be a psychological thriller and Ganesh and Varalaxmi play husband and wife in the film. The multilingual film is being shot in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. Ganesh, who was briskly shooting for the film, now, seems to have wrapped up his portions in it.

Calling Ganesh a wonderful co-star, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, wrote on her social media handle, “#shootshenanigans That’s a wrap for @talk2ganesh .. thank you for being a wonderful co-star.. #sabari Happy Friday..jesttttt be jollyyyy..!! #friday #fridayvibes #trendingreels #trending #dance #weekend #reelsinstagram (sic).” Sabari is directed by debutant Anil Katz and has music by Gopi Sundar. The portions of the film have been canned in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Kodaikanal.

Ganesh also has in his kitty, Un Paarvaiyil and Red Sandal. Un Paarvaiyil is an adaptation of the Spanish horror thriller Julia's Eyes and is directed by ace cinematographer-turned-director Kabir Lal. Ganesh plays a psychologist in the film. On the other hand, Red Sandal, directed by Guru Ramanujam, is an expose of a crime syndicate dealing with red sandalwood and is inspired by some real-life incidents. While Parvati Nair plays the leading lady in Un Paarvaiyil, Ganesh shares screen space with Garuda Ram, MS Bhaskar sir, Vetri and Rama Chandra Raju in Red Sandal.

On the personal front, Ganesh Venkatram is on cloud nine as his daughter Samaira has just turned three. The actor recently shared some pictures of his daughter and his wife Nisha and wrote on his social media page, "And just like that she turned '3' ❤️🎂I still remember d first time wn all ur lil fingers grabbed my forefinger tight & looked straight into my eyes! Thr hv bn so many magical firsts wit u ever since 😊 I wish u a very happy birthday my lil princess Samaira😘❤️ @Nishaganesh28 (sic)."
