Game Changer box office collection day 3. The Ram Charan starrer saw a massive drop in occupancy on its thrid day as Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaaj dominated the show.
Game Changer box office day 3
Game Changer is Ram Charan's latest film, which has been in production for the past three years and released on January 10, 2025, on a grand scale. The political thriller opened well, earning ₹72 crore within two days of its release.
However, due to negative reviews, the occupancy has dropped significantly, and the Shankar-directed film collected only ₹17 crore on its third day across all languages. Of this, ₹8 crore came from the Telugu version, taking the total box office collection to ₹90 crore so far.
Out of the ₹90 crore, ₹61 crore came from the Telugu market, with the remaining amount from Hindi, Tamil, and other southern languages. With each passing day, the film's occupancy continues to decline.

Adding to this, the negative reviews on social media have overshadowed the decent word-of-mouth feedback from theaters, causing disappointment for the makers. However, Game Changer has a window of opportunity in the next three days due to the Sankranthi holiday season, when many people are expected to watch it in theaters.
Some sections of the audience have criticized director Shankar for his routine narration, although Ram Charan's performance has been widely praised for standing out despite the familiar storyline. Meanwhile, the Sankranthi 2025 release Daaku Maharaaj has opened to strong reviews, intensifying the competition.
With other films, such as Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, releasing on January 14, 2025, Game Changer will face increasing pressure to perform. As of now, the film's momentum is slowing, and the makers appear to have no immediate plans to keep it in the news.
According to reports, Ram Charan and his team are reportedly upset with the negative reviews and are considering addressing the media to clarify their stance. Dil Raju is known for his post-release promotions but he is silent about the film and has not spoken a word to date after the film's release.
Despite the challenges, the film has notable highlights, including music composed by Thaman, Kiara Advani as the female lead, and Anjali in a key role, whose performance has received considerable appreciation. It remains to be seen how much the film will ultimately earn in the coming days. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
