The third installment in the franchise, led by Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel, is one of the most anticipated, awaited, and curiosity-peaking films for a massive audience that has already turned its two predecessors into blockbusters—even when they released decades apart. If that doesn't give you an idea, the re-release of the first film was welcomed with a reception as wild as a fresh release, even after being watched numerous times on satellite television. The buzz around the third film is already immense. Now, Nana Patekar has spoken about playing the villain in the film, clarifying that discussions are ongoing, but nothing has been finalized yet.
For the unversed, it was some time back when Anil Sharma spoke about the possibility of including Nana Patekar in Gadar 3. While he mentioned the movie is in an advanced stage with limited room for additions or edits, he expressed a desire to include the legendary actor if a suitable character emerged. Now, Nana Patekar has addressed these rumors, revealing that discussions are indeed taking place but only time will tell if he’ll take on the role.
