A blast from the past has taken over the internet as a dance rehearsal video featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Preity Zinta has gone viral, captivating fans with their timeless chemistry.
Who doesn't enjoy throwback stories? And when it comes straight from celebrities, the charm is different altogether. Today, Preity G. Zinta took to her Instagram page and shared an old video with Shah Rukh Khan, which has been going viral on the Internet. The video is from a dance rehearsal the actors did for an award show. Preity wrote about the fun they had together ahead of rehearsing amid a busy schedule.
In her caption, the actor explained what the video was about by stating that they were practicing for an awards ceremony. Preity felt like a walking zombie after going two days without sleep. The day and practice were both made more enjoyable by Shah Rukh Khan's effortless charisma and well-timed humour. They performed the identical step in Jiya Jale when he held me—the flip.

The video features Tere Liye as background music, and they are dancing on Jiya Jale. Well, it has indeed been a treat to watch SRK and Preity's sizzling chemistry come live on stage.
In 1998, Preity made her film debut opposite Shah Rukh in Mani Ratnam's Dil Se. Since then, the actors have worked together on several hit films, including Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003), Veer-Zaara (2004), and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (2006). She also made special appearances in films starring SRK, including Om Shanti Om (2007) and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008).
Earlier, while remembering Veer Zaara Preity penned a beautiful note in which she stated that movies have come and gone, but none have matched Veer Zaara. Yash Chopra's films are like a spell, with their enchanting romances and innocent heroes. This is a toast to the power of pure love and to the conviction that nothing—not even religion or national boundaries—can separate two people who love each other with all their hearts. To Adi Chopra and everyone else who contributed to the making of Veer Zaara, she is eternally grateful.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Preity is yet to make her full-fledged comeback to Bollywood after being missing in action for quite some time now.
