Contrary to previous reports indicating a legal shift by K-pop girl group FIFTY FIFTY, it has been clarified that only one member, Keena, has withdrawn from the lawsuit against ATTRAKT, their agency.
As per Star News the recent update reveals that Keena has chosen to discontinue her legal battle, while the remaining three members are committed to pursuing the case. Keena has secured new legal representation, differentiating her from her fellow members.

The new development comes on the heels of the group's Instagram posts, where they made disturbing allegations against ATTRAKT. On October 13, via their Instagram account, FIFTY FIFTY detailed harrowing claims of neglect and mistreatment by their agency. They asked, "How Much Longer Do We Need To Hurt To Receive Proper Care?" and asserted that ATTRAKT had disregarded their well-being.
The members went on to describe several critical instances in which they required urgent medical attention and expressed that they had only each other for support. They concluded by apologizing to their fans and expressing hope for a return to performing for their supporters.
Previously, FIFTY FIFTY initiated legal action in June to terminate their contract with ATTRAKT, but the court ruled in favor of ATTRAKT, dismissing the lawsuit. In response, the FIFTY FIFTY members promptly filed an appeal, vowing to persist in their legal dispute.
