Fatima Sana Shaikh is one such sought-after actor who managed to make a mark in the Hindi film industry with her acting prowess.

After making her acting debut with Aamir Khan starrer Dangal, the actress starred in a lot of films and proved her acting talent which include films like Thugs Of Hindostan, Thar, Ludo, Ajeeb Daastaans and others. The actress also appeared in two anthologies, Ajeeb Daastaans and Modern Love Mumbai. Now, recent reports state that she is all set debut in a web series.

According to the reports by Pinkvilla, Sameer Nair's Applause Entertainment will be producing a thriller drama series with Fatima Sana Shaikh. The untitled show is said to center on an ashram life. Nitya Mehra, who directed Made In Heaven will collaborate with her husband Karan Kapadia to co-direct this series. The pre-production of the show is now in progress, and it is anticipated to begin filming in the middle of November.

Fatima upcoming films include Meghna Gulzar's Sam Bahadur, also starring Vicky Kaushal. The film is slated to release in theaters on December 1, 2023. The Dangal actress also has Taapsee Pannu's production, Dhak Dhak, which will debut on October 13. Aaprt from these, she will also star in Metro…In Dino, directed by Anurag Basu, also starring Sara Ali Khan and Aditya Roy Kapur. The film is slated to hit theaters on March 29, 2024.
