The Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam actor is set to make his OTT debut with the reality show

Vishwak Sen, who scored a hit as a director and an actor with his thriller Das Ka Dhamki earlier this year, is simultaneously working on two projects - Gangs of Godavari and an untitled film directed by newcomer Ravi Teja. The former is an action drama unfolds around the fishing scam in the Godavari region and is expected to release this December. Neha Sshetty, Anjali play the female leads.
Meanwhile the actor-director is all set to make his OTT debut as a host with a reality show titled Family Dhamaka to stream on aha soon. Freemantle, that produced both seasons of Telugu Indian Idol for aha, is producing the show, inspired by the globally acclaimed game show Family Fortunes, which has many fans in several countries.

Ahead of its OTT premiere, the promo song of Family Dhamaka titled the Dhamaka song, was unveiled today. Leon James, who scored the music for Vishwak Sen’s Ori Devuda and Das Ka Dhamki, is the composer of the track. Udhay Kavuri is the choreographer for the number which has Vishwak energetically grooving to its beat, with brief glimpses from the show.
Purna Chary’s lyrics capture the mood and the ambience of the show to perfection, mirroring togetherness and excitement. Vishwak Sen is seen in a playful mood in the song where one of the contestants even comes up with a spontaneous one-liner with references to all his films like Paagal, Ee Nagaraniki Emaindhi, Falaknuma Das, Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam, to name a few.
Besides the untitled film and Gangs of Godavari, Vishwak Sen will be seen in the long-delayed experimental saga Gaami, where he is cast as an aghora. He was recently in the news when Baby director Sai Rajesh mentioned how Vishwak wasn’t even ready to listen to his story. “I am not a biryani to satisfy everyone,” he famously remarked in a press meet.
