Actor and filmmaker Basil Joseph has released the new poster for his upcoming family drama, ‘Falimy’. The film, scripted and helmed by Nithish Sahadev and Sanjo Joseph, stars Basil Joseph in the lead role. Veteran actors Jagadish and Manju Pillai also play pivotal roles in this family entertainer.

What is ‘Falimy’ all about?

The ‘Falimy’ teaser gives a captivating glimpse into the film, which is a travel drama of a family that takes a trip from Thiruvananthapuram to Varanasi. It is a trip full of elements of comedy and strong family emotions. The newly released 'Falimy' poster features Basil Joseph, Jagadish, and Manju Pillai smiling with their bags as they are seated among a group of Aghoris.

The cast and crew of Falimy

Cheers Entertainment, which has backed Basil’s films like Jaaneman and Jay Jay Jay Jay Hai, is bankrolling Falimy. The film is also produced by Amal Paulson under the Super Duper Films banner.

Apart from Basil, Jagadish, and Manju Pillai, the film has a talented ensemble cast that includes Raina Radhakrishnan, Meenaraj Palluruthy, Amith Mohan Rajeshwari, Sandeep Pradeep, and Basit Ali Basu.

Vishnu Vijay has composed the music of the film, Bablu Aju has handled the cinematography, and Nidhin Raj Arol is the editor.

Apart from Falimy, Basil is also part of Vineeth Srinivasan’s Varshangalkku Shesham. He also shares screen space with Prithviraj Sukumaran in Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey director Vipin Das’s next which is titled Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil. He also has the ‘Minnal Murali' sequel and a film with Ranveer Singh in his kitty.
