Etharkkum Thunindhavan: Official video of Vaada Thambi song from Suriya's film is out, will get you grooving

Directed by Pandiraj, the film will now be available on Netflix and Sun NXt from April 7 after its theatrical run, since March 10.

Suriya fans, while you wait for his latest film Etharkkum Thunindhavan to be out on OTT, get a glimpse of the actor in this video song from the film, Vaada Thambi. The song was released by the makers a few minutes ago and it is already trending on social media.

Sung by G.V. Prakash and Anirudh Ravichander, the music is composed by D. Imman. The lyrics of the song are written by Vignesh Shivan. The official video from the film opens with women welcoming Suriya with an aarti and he then takes the centre stage, grooving to the upbeat and fun song with a group of background dancers.

The makers of the film, Etharkkum Thunindhavan, Sun Pictures took to social media to announce the release of the video song on YouTube.

Meanwhile, the film was released on March 10 in theatres and opened to mixed reviews. The film features Suriya and Priyanka Mohan in the lead roles. Apart from the two, the film also stars Sathyaraj, Saranya Ponvannan, Vinay Rai, Soori, Pugazh, Devadarshini and Ilavarasu among others. The film was also released in Telugu, titled 'ET'.

The film revolves around a lawyer, Kannabiran who fights for social causes. His life takes a turn when he goes knocking at the door of the court to get justice for his wife who falls into a trap of a successful businessman.

The makers have recently announced that the film will now be available on OTT platforms soon. The drama will be released on Netflix and Sun NXT on April 7.
