Team India will be seeing their veteran pacer Jhulan Goswami bring down the curtain on her illustrious career in international cricket during the side's third T20I at Lord's against England.

Ahead of the final game of the series, the entire Indian contingent was seen going into a huddle and the teammates were seen speaking about the bowler.

In fact, skipper Harmanpreet Kaur was even seen getting emotional as she broke into tears. It is to be known that Harmanpreet had made her debut under Jhulan's captaincy.

While the Women in Blue will surely miss her services, netizens too took to Twitter to say 'Thank You' to the pacer who currently has 253 wickets to her name, which is the record for the most scalps taken by a bowler in women's ODIs.

Goswami has played 204 ODIs, 68 T20Is and 12 Tests. At the toss of the last game, Harmanpreet came out alongwith Jhulan Goswami to call the toss in her farewell game.

In international cricket as a whole, Jhulan has 353 wickets to her name - the most in the women's game. She also holds the record for taking most wickets (43) in Women's World Cups.

She is also a three-time winner of Women's Asia Cup. She was part of two Indian teams that managed to reach the finals of the World Cup - 2005 and 2017.
