Emraan Hashmi, ever the car connoisseur, has added another automobile dream to his collection. Following Tiger 3’s success and the positive reception of his antagonist, Aatish Rehman, Emraan Hashmi bought one of the most exclusive Rolls Royces ever.

His choice of purchase was the Rolls Royce Ghost Black Badge, claimed by the company to be their ‘most potent manifestation’ of Rolls Royce till date. Costing a whopping ₹12.25 crores, the car makes Emraan Hashmi the owner of the most expensive Rolls Royce in India.

The actor was recently spotted in his new car, casually decked in a yellow tee and a classy watch. Videos of his prized possession’s maiden voyage are all over the internet, with fans dropping their love and appreciation for the majestic automobile. The car's lack of a number plate further emphasised its freshness.

The actor’s choice of colour of the car is interesting, as the Rolls Royce Ghost has immense customisable opportunities, with more than 44,000 options. The brand proudly claims their Ghost of being ‘a blank canvas’ due to its immense personalisation possibilities.

Emraan Hashmi’s car is the next generation of the Rolls-Royce Ghost, which was first introduced 11 years ago. The car features a twin-turbocharged V12 engine with a capacity of 6.75 litres. With a peak torque of 850 Nm and 571 HP, the car glides with zero vibration at top speed. The all-wheel steering feature is a special feature of the new generation that helps the car take safer, tighter turns.

Emraan Hashmi was last seen in Tiger 3, in which he played the main villain and became the latest addition to Yash Raj Film’s Spy Universe. In an interview with Siddharth Kannan on his YouTube channel, the actor shared his initial hesitation about being offered the part.

He honestly admitted that he had initially thought of saying no, as the film franchise and Tiger brand belonged to Salman Khan. But after hearing the script and finding out more about his character, Hashmi became hooked.

He eventually became convinced by Aatish’s back story, as it added logic to his role’s cruelty and evil. He further shared that shooting with Salman Khan and Katrina was ‘no pressure’ Emraan Hashmi will next make his Telugu debut with OG- Original Gangsters, directed by Sujeeth. The film will release on April 14, 2024.
