Emily Blunt's next project might just be Christopher Nolan's upcoming World War II drama Oppenheimer. According to several reports, the British actor is currently in talks to board the cast.

If Blunt joins the film, she will be seen reuinting with her A Quiet Place Part II co-star Cillian Murphy, who will portray J Robert Oppenheimer, the American theorietical physicist behind the development of the atomic bomb. Variety writes that Blunt will likely play his onscreen wife Katherine Oppenheimer.

This project will mark Blunt's first collaboration with Nolan, while Murphy has previously worked with the filmmaker on Batman Begins, Inception and Dunkirk.
