2023 was the year where Elvish Yadav became not only the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner but also a popular meme. His popularity was at the peak with the Salman Khan-hosted show. Thus, it has beat the likes of Koffee With Karan 8 as well as Temptation Island India, both which made headlines just as much as Bigg Boss OTT 2, if not more. Bigg Boss OTT 2, Koffee With Karan 8 as well as Temptation Island India made it to top three. The ranked first, second and third respectively, with 19.5 million, 15.4 million and 13.5 million views. Bigg Boss OTT 2 was having a normal episode, till Elvish Yadav entered the show and caught everybody’s eyeballs through his sarcasm. On the other hand, Koffee With Karan 8 started with a bang, through Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s controversial moment. Temptation Island India, hosted by Karan Kundrra with Mouni Roy, saw Elvish and Abhishek Malhan come together and thus, the show also came into limelight.

Masterchef India made it to top five. The culinary show has various versions across the globe and the Indian one has also been popular. In 2023, it came on the fifth spot with 7.3 million views. Dance+ Pro, featuring Neeti Mohan and Remo D’Souza as judges, came fourth on the list with 8.8 million views.

Bhuvan Bam-hosted Takeshi’s Castle made headlines in 2023. The show, originally hosted by Jaaved Jafferi, became iconic. The Bhuvan Bam version came seventh with 6.4 million views. AP Dhillon’s First Of A Kind beat it for the sixth spot with 7.2 million views. Indian Matchmaking’s third season, despite the cringe, made it to top 10. The Sima Taparia show got 6.3 million views. Kumite 1 Warrior Hunt and The Romantics made it to the ninth and 10th spot with 6.2 million and 6.1 million views respectively.
