Fans of Ed Sheeran are in for a treat, as the English singer-songwriter will perform in Mumbai on March 16
Grammy Award-winning singer Ed Sheeran is in India as part of his +–=÷× Tour in India. Kicking off his India visit, Ed interacted and sang songs with school students in a classroom.

Ed sings with school kids
In a video shared by Ed on his Instagram handle, he can be seen attending a school event in Mumbai where children are seen singing for Ed. to everyone's excitement, Ed also began singing. Dressed in a plain white T-shirt and black pants, Ed sand Shape of You for the school kids.
In the video, Ed can he heard saying, “So, just arrived in Mumbai, India. We are going to be visiting some schools today, playing some songs. I also heard that the kids have something to play for me as well.”
In the caption, Ed wrote, “Visited a school in Mumbai this morning and swapped performances with the kids, so much fun. Great being back in India too!”

Ed Sheeran makes netizens go 'awww'
It is no surprise that within minutes of uploading the video, Ed's comment section was flooded with comments. One funny comment was a warning about Orry. It read, Ed please stay away from a guy named ORRY.” Another wrote, “Bro is giving them the ultimate memory.” One user commented, “Awww these moments are so heartwarming,” and yet another wrote, “The fact that he sat down together with the kids! Respect to you.” Singer Armaan Malik also commented on the video, with red heart emojis.
This is not the first time that Ed Sheeran is performing in India
Ed is in India as part of his Europe and Asia +–=÷× Tour. The singer will be performing at the Mahalaxmi Race Course Grounds in Mumbai on March 16. He first performed in India in 2017 during the Divide Tour, during which he also attended a star-studded Bollywood party hosted by director-choreographer Farah Khan.
This year, Ed's concert will open with a performance by Prateek Kuhad at 3 pm, followed by one from Calum Scott. Ed is expected to take the stage at 7.15 pm.
