Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for the release of his upcoming movie, Dunki. A few days ahead of its theatrical release, the superstar attended a promotional event for Dunki in Dubai. The superstar not only spoke about his film at length but also performed at the event. SRK's dance performance videos from Dunki's event have gone viral on social media.
Shah Rukh set the stage on fire with his energetic dance moves to Chaiyya Chaiyya. Fans thoroughly enjoyed SRK's performance on the stage.

SRK always impresses his fans with his witty answers and charismatic personality. The superstar got the loudest cheer from the audience as he recreated the iconic hookstep of Chaiyya Chaiyya. Shah Rukh's fan club shared the video on X and it has garnered a massive response on social media.

For those who are unaware, Shah Rukh Khan danced on the moving train Chaiyya Chaiyya with Malaika Arora. The song was a part of his 1998 film, Dil Se.
Shah Rukh Khan talks about Dunki
Before he danced his heart out, Shah Rukh Khan spoke to his fans and revealed why he chose to do Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki. "After being a part of Pathaan and Jawan, I realized I have not made a film for myself. So, I made Dunki. This is my film. This film is close to my heart. I did a film ‘Pathaan’ for the girls and I wanted to end the year with a film for me. So, I did Dunki," he revealed.
About the film
Helmed by Rajkumar Hirani, Dunki also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, and Boman Irani. The movie is produced by Gauri Khan, Rajkumar Hirani, and Jyoti Deshpande. While SRK will be seen as Hardy Singh Dhillon, Taapsee Pannu will essay the role of Manu. On the other hand, Boman will play the part of Gulati in the film, which is set to release on December 21, 2023.
Dunki will face tough competition at the box office with Salaar. The Prabhas starrer is scheduled for a theatrical release on December 22, 2023.
