Dune: Prophecy Season 2 Is Officially Confirmed

Max recently announced season two of Dune: Prophecy on Instagram with a teaser reel showing glimpses of the series, concluding with Valya’s face and the confirmation message. The caption read, "The saga continues. The HBO Original Series #DuneProphecy has been renewed for Season 2 on Max." Alison Schapker serves as the showrunner and executive producer, alongside co-developer and executive producer Diane Ademu-John.

Dune: Prophecy Cast & Release Window

The series stars Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Travis Fimmel, Jodhi May, Tabu, Mark Strong, Sarah-Sofie Boussnina, Josh Heuston, Chloe Lea, Jade Anouka, Faoileann Cunningham, Edward Davis, Aoife Hinds, Chris Mason, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Camilla Beeput, Jihae, Charithra Chandran, Jessica Barden, Emma Canning, and Yerin Ha. Most of the recurring cast is expected to return for season two. However, the fate of Tabu’s Sister Francesca remains a mystery since her status as a recurring character hints at potential survival. New additions to the cast are anticipated.

The finale shows Valya Harkonnen, Ynez Corrino, and Keiran Atreides arriving on Arrakis.
