The actor also revealed an incident when he was touched inappropriately by an older woman while taking a photograph
Dulquer Salmaan is an actor who has a massive fan following across the country. Recently in a podcast named The Ranveer Show, the actor opened up about the inappropriate experiences he has had with his fans and said that some people have a weird sense of ownership over actors.
When asked if being married upsets his female fans, Dulquer said, "I think people enjoy thinking that their favourite actor or personality belongs to you in some way. A lot of the time, viewers have a sense of ownership which is why they get upset if a photograph with their favourite actor or actress is denied. Sometimes people think that these actors belong to them. I think some people have a weird sense of ownership over actors."
The actor also shared his experience about a female fan touching him inappropriately. " It was a lady way older than me. I was posing for a picture with her and she suddenly squeezed my butt. It was very inappropriate and I didn't know what she meant."
Dulquer is busy promoting his action film King of Kotha which is to be released in 5 languages on August 24. The film, produced by the actor himself along with Zee Studios, will have the widest release ever for a Malayalam film.
