Dujone: Where and when to watch the Bengali web series

Here's all you need to know about the next Bengali thriller web series.

Hoichoi, which streams Bengali content, is all set to release their next thriller series Dujone. The series, which is introduced as a love story, is the exact opposite of that.

In the trailer, the wife Ahana, played by Srabanti Chatterjee, is madly in love with her husband Amar, portrayed by Soham Chakraborty. We see that the latter is involved in a car accident and as we delve further, we realize that his hands are deep into dirty business more than what meets the eye.

Amar is also seen or at least pretending to fight with himself, in the sense that he might or might not have lost his memory and become a completely different person after the accident.

The trailer warns us that Dujone is not a love story. It is a thriller where many truths will unfold one after another.

In another interesting turn of events, we also see Ahana pit against her husband. She is hellbent on finding out who he is and why he is behaving a certain way. However, is she ready to face the dark truth? Or was she worried for absolutely nothing? That is something the series, also starring Rajdeep Gupta, Adrija Roy, Debsankar Halder and Anindita Kapileswari in pivotal roles, will explore.

One thing is for sure though - that intuition (which is the meaning of Dujone) will play a big part in the show.

The Promita Bhattacharya directorial series is slated to start streaming on Hoichoi from July 9.
