The year was 1978 when ‘the angry young man’ Amitabh Bachchan mesmerised the cinegoers with his arresting screen presence, style and elan in the film ‘Don’. The film went onto become one of the top grossers of that time. The film starred the gorgeously stunning Zeenat Aman as the leading lady, besides the veteran actor (late) Pran.

Speaking of Zeenat Aman, these days, she has seen in tune with the digital times by making her debut on social media. Speaking of social media, the stunning Zeenat Aman seemed extremely happy with the latest announcement of Ranveer Singh all set to carry forward the legacy of the dynamic Amitabh Bachchan by giving his nod to play the titular role of ‘Don’ in the film’s third franchise ‘Don 3’. Zeenat Aman took to social media and posted her comment for Ranveer Singh, wherein she stated, ‘Congratulations, Ranveer! May you find a worthy ‘jungly billi’ to your Don’. She sealed the comment with a heart emoji.

For the uninitiated, the stylish ‘Don’ always referred his lady as ‘jungly billi’. While in the Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Don’, it was Zeenat Aman who was referred to as ‘jungly billi’. And when it was the turn of Shah Rukh Khan to wear the Don’s hat, it was Priyanka Chopra who was referred to as ‘jungly billi’.

As for Shah Rukh Khan, he is now all gearing up for two of his most awaited films – ‘Dunki’ and ‘Jawan’. While ‘Dunki’ stars Shah Rukh Khan with Taapsee Pannu, the film is being directed by Rajkumar Hirani. As for ‘Jawan’, the film is being directed by the southern whizkid Atlee. This film marks his Bollywood debut as a director. Besides Shah Rukh Khan, ‘Jawan’ also stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in the leading roles. Both the films are definitely the most-awaited films of the recent times.
