Does Leo's Harold Das have a Rolex connection? Internet goes berserk with comparisons

The much-awaited first-look video of Arjun Sarja from Leo was released on the occasion of the actor's birthday today (August 15). Within seconds after the release of the video, Arjun Sarja's character Harold Das has become an internet sensation. Incidentally, the entry scene of Harold Das bears a striking resemblance to that of Rolex's introduction scene in Lokesh Kanagaraj's previous venture Vikram.
The video, which was released today, shows Harold Das arriving in his car and entering a premise that looks like a dilapidated factory. The premises show a huge pack of people who are gathered around to witness the action unfolding. Harold Das soon picks up his knife and begins chopping off a person's hands.
What's interesting is that Rolex had a similar entry scene in Vikram. As the camera hovers over a swarm of people gathered around in a rundown building where a series of cars are lined up, Suriya makes a menacing entry as Rolex with blood smeared all over his face. Speculations are now rife that Rolex is the son of Harold Das.
It was only recently that the team had dropped the first-look video of Sanjay Dutt as Antony Das which took the internet by storm. Antony Das and Harold Das are said to be brothers, who do not have an iota of mercy for anyone.
Ever since Lokesh Kanagaraj announced Leo, fans have been going berserk trying to find out if the film is part of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe. They have been constantly drawing comparisons with every first look and glimpse from Leo.
When the first single from Leo, Naa Ready Dhaan was released, fans compared Mansoor Ali Khan's biryani eating scene with that of Karthi's in Lokesh Kanagaraj's Kaithi. Likewise comparisons were made with Kamal Haasan's intro scene in Vikram, when Leo title video was released. While Kamal Haasan is seen enjoying a sumptuous meal, Vijay is seen relishing chocolate.
However, the team hasn't confirmed if the film is part of LCU. Leo is bankrolled by Seven Screen Studio and the Route.
