The movie has already collected over Rs. 10 crore at the box office in advance bookings in the country, with 10 days still remaining for its release. The makers, in an unprecedented move, had opened the advanced bookings 30 days before the movie’s release. This is a first in India for a Hollywood release.

The makers released a new teaser for the movie yesterday, which confirms the inclusion of The Illuminati in the movie. While the rumours and theories were plenty after the first trailer released, this was confirmed by the teaser, titled Time.
The story will see Doctor Strange accompanied by Wanda, travel deep into the multiverse, where he will be faced by situations and foes he might not be ready for.

Post its theatrical release, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is likely to be available on Disney+Hotstar. The film's OTT release date is yet to be confirmed.
