Director Teja’s next starring Abhiram Daggubati titled Ahimsa, here's the film's pre-look

Teja directs Ahimsa

Director Teja, who last helmed the Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, Kajal Aggarwal starrer Sita, is back in action after a break. The filmmaker who introduced many talents into the film industry, right from Uday Kiran to Navdeep to Nithiin, is currently helming the launch vehicle of Abhiram Daggubati, veteran producer D Ramanaidu’s grandson and Rana Daggubati’s younger brother.

Abhiram Daggubati's launchpad has been titled Ahimsa, which is being marketed as a 'youthful entertainer', produced by P Kiran under Anandi Art Creations. The makers launched the title and pre-look poster of the film officially commemorating director Teja’s birthday today. The pre-look poster suggests that the film is anything but what the title suggests - Ahimsa.

The title has been designed with the texture of a jute bag, while a blood-soaked face of Abhiram is also covered with a jute bag. The pre-look poster does hint that Ahimsa will have a lot in store for the action junkies. Ahimsa will be all the more special for the viewers, for it marks the reunion of Teja with his frequent collaborator, composer RP Patnaik, with whom he has delivered several successes in the past.

Ahimsa has cinematography handled by Sameer Reddy, while Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor. Chandrabose has penned the lyrics for all the songs in the album. The filming of Ahimsa is complete and the post-production work is progressing at a brisk pace. The makers will make an announcement about the release date shortly.
