Krish launches Ranasthali poster

Parasuram Srinivas, the dialogue writer for Naga Shaurya, Mehreen starrer Aswathama, is all set to make his directorial debut. He is wielding the megaphone for an action drama titled Ranasthali. Karnatakapu Dharma headlines the film whose lineup also includes actors Ammu Abhirami (Rakshasudu, Narappa fame), Chandini Rao and Ashok Sanga in key roles. The first look poster of the film was launched by Hari Hara Veera Mallu director Krish Jagarlamudi recently.

The first look poster of Ranasthali was unveiled in the presence of the film's team, including director Parasuram Srinivas, cinematographer Jasti Balaji, editor Bhuvan Chandar, actors Dharma, Prashanth, Shiva Jami, Nagendra, Vijay Raga and camera assistant Sai, assistant director Murthy. At the launch event, Parasuram expressed his confidence about the film and said that Ranasthali is as good as a big budget film infused with a lot of commercial elements to entertain audiences.

The filmmaker said that despite Ranasthali featuring several newcomers, they had become one with their characters and is sure that their roles will haunt audiences even after the movie's done. Crowds needn't be apprehensive of a small film like ours and can confidently watch it at the theatres, the music is a major highlight, he further added. Surredi Vishnu is bankrolling Ranasthali under AJ Production. Kesava Kiran has scored the music for the actioner.

At the poster launch, the Ranasthali team got Krish to watch a rough cut of the film's teaser and the latter was visibly impressed with the quality of the action sequences in the drama. Krish reportedly even compared the film's dialogues to Yash's successful action series KGF too. "It's not easy achieve such a terrific result with a small budget. It's good to see the enthusiasm of the team. A lot of homework has gone behind it. I wish the film turns out to be a success," he added. The release date of Ranasthali will be announced shortly.
