Did you know? Loki's Tom Hiddleston is a Shah Rukh Khan fan and also has a Chennai connect

Tom Hiddleston plays the lead in Marvel’s latest release titled Loki. It can be streamed on Disney+ Hotstar every Wednesday for new weekly episodes,

Tom Hiddleston’s Loki’s first episode dropped today on Disney+ Hotstar. The British star who loves Indian culture says that for him, India and Bollywood are synonymous with Shah Rukh Khan in a recently released promotional clip.

Disney+ Hotstar took to Twitter to share the video titled, “God of word Association ft. Tom Hiddleston.” In the video, Tom can be seen playing the word association game in which he had to reply with the first thought that comes to his mind for the words that were given to him.

While playing the game, on being asked about ‘India’, Tom says, "Shah Rukh Khan." He is then asked about Bollywood, and he says, "Am I allowed to say Shah Rukh Khan again? Shah Rukh Khan again.",

Later, the actor was asked about an Indian city,and he replied saying, "Chennai. My Akka (elder sister) lives there. She used to live there. And I have been there a few times. Chennai is great!”,

Apparently, Tom has always been one of the biggest fans of Bollywood and wishes to star in a Hindi film. In an earlier interview with Hindustan Times Tom had shared, "I’d want nothing more but to star in a Bollywood movie." He had also mentioned that he “loved” SRK’s My Name Is Khan.

Marvel’s series Loki can be streamed on Disney+ Hotstar every Wednesday for new weekly episodes. It also stars Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E Grant. ,
