It looks like Trisha has accepted Leo co-star Mansoor Ali Khan's apology. The South Queen posted a cryptic post on her social media handle last evening, which read, "To err is human,to forgive is divine." The post hinted that the actress has put an end to the controversy.

Many have been lauding Trisha for being the bigger person in the entire controversy.

Ever since Mansoor Ali Khan said that he regrets not having a 'bedroom scene' with Trisha in their latest outing Leo, the actor has been facing severe backlash from all quarters.

Trisha had posted on her social media handle, "I strongly condemn this and find it sexist,disrespectful,misogynistic,repulsive and in bad taste.He can keep wishing but I am grateful never to have shared screen space with someone as pathetic as him and I will make sure it never happens for the rest of my film career as well. People like him bring a bad name to mankind (sic)."

Mansoor Ali Khan was been booked under Section 354 A (sexual harassment) and Section 509 (word, gesture, or act intended to outrage modesty of woman) after the National Commission of Women (NCW) directed the Tamil Nadu police to file a complaint against the actor.

NCW's post on social media read, "The National Commission for Women is deeply concerned about the derogatory remarks made by actor Mansoor Ali Khan towards actress Trisha Krishna. We're taking suo motu in this matter directing the DGP to invoke IPC Section 509 B and other relevant laws.Such remarks normalize violence against women and must be condemned (sic)."

Mansoor Ali Khan then tendered an apology yesterday in which he asked Trisha to forgive him. He added that he hopes to be at the wedding of Trisha and bless her on the big day.
