Vikram in Dhruva Natchathiram
Dhruva Natchathiram, which has been in the making for a few years, is finally getting ready for a release. The Gautham Menon directorial has Vikram playing the lead while Radhika Sarathkumar, Parthiban, Simran and Ritu Varma among others are essaying pivotal characters.
The first trailer of the film was unveiled in 2017. Cinephiles had high expectations on the movie then, but little did they know that the project would be delayed by six years. A song from the action flick composed by Harris Jayaraj was out a few weeks ago.
Gautham Menon announces a new trailer of Dhruva Natchathiram
The director revealed a while ago that it was the association with the wrong people that led to the project's delay. He has now announced that a new trailer of Dhruva Natchathiram will be out on October 24. Interestingly, the promo has started playing in theatres.
The makers have also released a new still of Vikram along with the announcement. It features the star attired in a dapper suit, oozing swag and charisma.
Vikram's second release in 2023
Dhruva Natchathiram will be the actor's second outing this year after Ponniyin Selvan 2, for which he won acclaim for his splendid performance. His next outing, Thangalaan, directed by Pa Ranjith, is likely to hit the screens in early 2024. He is yet to announce the film he is going to do after the period flick.
A big budget project titled Mahaveer Karna was announced under Mollywood filmmaker RS Vimal's helm a few years ago. However, the movie was shelved without any official announcement on the same.
