The actress, who is best known for her career best performance in the path breaking film ‘Dangal’, is definitely excited for the release of ‘Dhak Dhak’. Today, Fatima Sana Shaikh took to social media and made a grand announcement that the much-awaited trailer of the film ‘Dhak Dhak’ will be released tomorrow (October 9, 2023).

What is the film ‘Dhak Dhak’ all about?
If one has to describe the film’s plot in a few words, then, the film is a journey… a journey of self-discovery which gets embarked upon by four fearless women. These four women are the ones who form the central characters in the film. Their characters are played by Ratna Pathak Shah, Dia Mirza, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanjana Sanghi. These four women set out on an exciting road trip from Delhi to Khardung La, which happens to be the world's highest motorable pass.

Dhak Dhak’s cast
As stated above, the primary cast of the film ‘Dhak Dhak’ consists of Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanjana Sanghi, Dia Mirza and the veteran actress Ratna Pathak Shah (who is touted to be the one of the film’s highlights). Besides them, the film also stars Kallirroi Tziafeta, Avanish Pandey, Nishank Verma and Poonam Gurung in important roles.

Dhak Dhak’s music
The music of the film ‘Dhak Dhak’ has been composed by Rishi Dutta. The film’s makers have even released a track titled ‘Re Banjara’, which has been sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and Jatinder Singh. The said track has been penned Kundan Vidyarthi and Baba Bulleh Shah.

Budget of Dhak Dhak
Although there has been no official confirmation about the film’s budget, it is being said that the estimated budget of the film is around Rs. 35 crores. The film is being produced by Ajit Andhare, Kevin Vaz, Pranjal Khandhdiya and Taapsee Pannu under the production banner of BLM Pictures, One India Stories and Outsider Flims Productions. It has been reported that the film has been shot in over 83 locations across the country including the locations of Delhi NCR, Himachal Pradesh, Leh, Ladakh and many more.
