Siddhant Chaturvedi noticed Dhadak 2 crew's changed behaviour towards Triptii Dimri after Animal; here's how

Siddhant Chaturvedi has opened up about Dhadak 2's shoot with Triptii Dimri. The actor recalled noticing a change in the crew's behaviour after Triptii's film Animal was released.

How Dhadak 2's crew behaved with Triptii Dimri on set.

Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri's film Dhadak 2 was announced earlier this year. The actors began shooting for the film in December 2023. When they were shooting for Dhadak 2, Triptii's film Animal hit the silver screen. Recalling that time from their film shoot, Siddhant recently spoke about the Dhadak 2 crew's approach towards Triptii. He noticed the crew's behaviour towards her changed after her movie with Ranbir Kapoor was released.

How Dhadak 2's crew behaved with Triptii Dimri on set

In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Siddhant Chaturvedi revealed he witnessed a change in the Dhadak 2 crew's behaviour towards his co-star Triptii. The actor recalled that he and Triptii were busy with their film's shoot in December last year in Bhopal.

"We went to watch the first day, the last show (of Animal). I had seen the songs and everything. She also spoke about her experience. So when the film was released, we were shooting in Bhopal and we went to watch the film. We watched it with her. The way the response towards her changed after Animal’s release (was noteworthy)," said Siddhant.

The actor further revealed that before Animal was released, no one batted an eye when Triptii would ask for tea on Dhadak 2's set. But a transition in their approach happened after Sandeep Reddy Vanga's directorial hit the big screen. "Cut to, post-release, they would ask her which tea she wants — masala tea, green tea, etc, etc. I used to tease her a lot after it. But I am really glad that happened for her," he added.

Triptii Dimri's life after Animal's success

Triptii Dimri's popularity witnessed a spike after the blockbuster success of her 2023 film Animal. The actress was called a national crush after the movie. She bagged several Hindi films, including Bad Newz, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, and more.

Her last theatrical release was Bad Newz with Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk. The film opened to mixed reviews and earned a decent amount at the box office.
