Demonte Colony 2, the recently released Tamil film starring actors Arulnithi and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead roles, has finally made its OTT debut. The film is now available for streaming on ZEE5 and alternatively on OTTplay Premium app, which can be downloaded from Google Play Store and App Store.
Demonte Colony is horror thriller film which stars actors Arulnithi and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead roles. It is the sequel to the 2015 horror thriller film Demonte Colony which got positive reception. The film released in theatres on August 15 and following its theatrical run, the film is now available for streaming on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium app.
Demonte Colony 2 is a direct sequel to the 2015 film with Ajay Gnanamuthu coming back to the director’s chair. The film revolves around four friends who venture into a haunted building to retrieve a necklace. However, this awakens the spirits of the palace, which follows them to their home and avenges them. It is available for streaming on the SunNXT app and alternatively on OTTplay Premium.
The sequel is the continuation of the story, with new characters involved in the film. Actors Antti Jaaskelainen, Tsering Dorjee, Arunpandian, Muthukumar, Meenakshi Govindarajan, Sarjano Khalid, Archana Ravichandran and others are part of the film.

The sequel is produced by Bobby Balachandran, Vijayasubramanian, and RC Rajkumar. The technical crew consists of Harish Kannan cranking the camera and Kumaresh as the editor. Sam CS has scored the music for the film.
Earlier in conversation with OTTplay, Ajay Gnanamuthu had said that he has planned four parts in the Demonte Colony franchise. “Unlike The Conjuring where each part has a different plot, here the characters are the same. More so like Harry Potter series where the world keeps changing. There will be only one conflict, with their journeys changing,” he had said.
