Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle will release in 2025 and we might finally have an idea of when can it release
All of those who have been waiting for an update on Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle with bated breath might finally sigh in relief, for there is a likely update on the movie. The first part of the trilogy, scheduled to release this year, might finally have a release date. The makers have not yet officially announced a release date but according to a slate of theatrical releases, there's a massive hint of the Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle movie. Here's what we know so far...
Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle's first installment is likely to be out on September 12. According to a slate that is leaked, an untitled Aniplex/Crunchyroll film will be out on the very date. The only one we can think of is Demon Slayer.
Demon Slayer is about to wrap up with the Infinity Castle trilogy, for the Hashiras have all gathered with the intent and means to defeat Muzan himself. They fell into a void, called Infinity Castle, and might be separated at this point but we can be assured that they are all trained well enough to reunite and fight side-by-side at the right time.
The Hashiras have managed to kill Upper Moon members, and Nakime, who replaced Hantengu after Swordsmith Village, would be next in line. But, she is controlling the castle, which is why the focus would be on Upper Moon 3 Akaza (who killed Rengoku), Upper Moon 2 Doma and Upper Moon 1 Kokushibo. The battle with Kokushibo is the most expected, for there is a lot to be unfolded with the character that has turned a demon. He is likely to be closely associated with one person who fell into the Infinity Castle, thus bringing the plot twist Demon Slayer is known for.
With an update on Infinity Castle, Demon Slayer fans sure are going to have a busy second half. The other two installments, given this development, could release in 2026 and the anime might end by 2027 at max.
