Deepika Padukone shares BTS pictures of Shakun Batra’s film, tells fans to wait for the big announcement

It also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday.

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has shared a bunch of behind the scene pictures from her untitled film. The actress has also informed her fans that the name of the movie and more will be announced on Monday. The upcoming untitled movie has been directed by Shakun Batra and also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday.

The first image features her with the Gully Boy actor Siddhant on a sea beach interacting with each, the second one shows the director and lead actress interacting behind the camera. The third picture again has Deepika and Siddhant sitting together in front of the ocean, while the former is looking back in the camera. Another photo again features the duo at a marketplace, while the final image has the Ram-Leela actress along with Ananya, who is sitting with her on the bed and Rajat Kapoor, who is sitting on the chair in front of them

Along with sharing images, the Padmavat actress wrote a heartfelt note in the caption on Instagram that reads, “Yes…It has been a bit of a wait.But as the saying goes…Sometimes, the longer you wait for something, the more you appreciate it when it finally arrives! Hopefully, the same holds true here. I took the opportunity to be a part of something that I believe was truly magical. And with love in my heart and utmost gratitude, I cannot wait to share our labour of love with all of you… (sic).”

Deepika also informed her followers that the big announcement will be out tomorrow.

In an earlier interview with Times Of India, the filmmakers mentioned that the forthcoming film is a relationship drama, where the characters find themselves stuck in a morally ambiguous zone.

Karan Johar and produced the anticipated movie under the banner of Dharma Productions along with Apoorva Mehta and director Batra.
