Deepika Padukone along with her sister Anisha Padukone paid a quick visit to Tirupati temple in Andhra Pradesh this evening. The sisters opted to wear simple pullovers with comfortable leggings. While Deepika chose to wear a black outfit, Anisha opted to wear orange and black attire. This development comes just a day before the release of Fighter’s first song ‘Sher Khul Gaye’.

Keeping up with the yearly ritual, Deepika Padukone along with her sister, golfer Anisha Padukone offer prayers at Tirupati temple. The sisters paid a quick visit to the temple surrounded by heavy security. Just before entering the temple premises, they chose to walk barefoot and offer prayers to the divine deity.
Nestled in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, Tirupati is renowned for the Lord Venkateshwara Temple, ranking among the most frequented pilgrimage centers globally. Recognized by various names such as Tirumala Temple, Tirupati Temple, and Tirupati Balaji Temple, it stands as one of the world's richest temples.
Tirumala, one of the seven hills in Tirupati, houses the primary temple, where it is believed that Lord Venkateshwara manifested in the form of an idol. The temple is dedicated to the deity Govinda. As one of India's ancient cities, Tirupati finds mention in numerous venerable Vedas and Puranas.

Currently, Deepika Padukone is eagerly looking forward to her upcoming theatrical ‘Fighter’. Slated to be released theatrically on January 25, this action thriller is directed by Siddharth Anand and features Deepika alongside Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor in the lead roles.
