Stranger Things is set in the fictional rural town of Hawkins, Indiana, in the '80s. The nearby Hawkins National Laboratory ostensibly performs scientific research for the United States Department of Energy but secretly experiments with the paranormal and supernatural, sometimes with human test subjects.
Harbour wants to get back to work as soon as possible
David shared that the series has changed his life. It made a huge difference in his career. “I'm excited to give him (Jim Hopper) the finale that I've wanted to give him since we started. I just love it so much, I just can't wait to pour my heart into it. We're gonna work as hard and as fast as possible to get it to people, because we know they love the show as much as we do. It's really exciting stuff, the script is good.”
Although Strange Things Season 5's exact release date is not announced yet due to several delays, it is expected to drop on Netflix in 2025.
