The team is embarking on a vibrant promotional journey which involves retro attires, cycle tours, and a grand trailer launch event.
The theatrical release of Head Bush is only days away and the makers are slowly gearing up for D-Day. In this vein, producer and lead actor, Daali Dhananjaya was spotted visiting the memorials of Dr. Rajkumar, Parvathamma, and Puneeth Rajkumar at the Kanteerava Studios in Bengaluru - Dhananjaya was joined by fellow actor and co-star Raghu Mukherjee and a few other members from the team of Head Bush. The film releases on October 21.
As far as the promotions are concerned, Daali Dhananjaya is a firm believer in trying out something new to spread the word about his film. The actor, having tried and succeeded with a similar strategy for Badava Rascal shared in a recent interview that he is keen on making the promotions as exciting as the film itself for the audiences and in this pursuit, has an array of interesting stuff laid out. Very recently, Dhananjaya and a few other actors from the film put on their respective retro avatars and toured the entire city in a swanky Ambassador car as part of the promotions.
Head Bush is set in the 1970s and 80s and follows the life and times of M.P. Jayaraj, one of Bengaluru's most notorious and well-known gangsters. Daali Dhananjaya, who also produces the film, plays the main lead and has been actively involved in the promotions of the film. Apparently, the film's stylist Shachina Heggar has designed special retro costumes for the ongoing pre-release promotions and one will find the cast members wearing snazzy bell bottoms and shirts from the good ol' times.
In the same vein, Dhananjaya and co. will be embarking on a bicycle journey in Bengaluru on October 12 and will also be engaging with the fans alongside. The trailer of Head Bush will be released on October 16 at a special event held in Davanagere with Rachita Ram, Ramya, and many others in attendance.
Dhananjaya produces Head Bush under his home banner of Daali Pictures in association with Somanna talkies. Payal Rajput plays the female lead in the film and makes her Kannada debut - the rest of the principal cast includes Raghu Mukherjee, Vasista N Simha, Sruthi Hariharan, Yogesh, and V. Ravichandran. Shoonya makes his directorial debut with Head Bush and Charan Raj composes the music.
