Daaku Maharaaj started with a bang and is in no mood to slow down. After making big numbers in its first three days, the action drama also performed well on day four. As per the latest update, Daaku Maharaaj earned Rs 9 crore on day four worldwide.

With this, the total collection has reached the Rs 60-crore mark. This marks Balakrishna's highest-ever opening, surpassing his last film Veera Simha Reddy. Despite competition from the other Sankranthi release, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, which opened with blockbuster talk, Daaku Maharaaj held its ground and achieved solid numbers.
Earlier, the Bobby Kolli-directed film made Rs 25 crore on day one, Rs 13 crore on day two, Rs 12.7 crore on day three, and Rs 9 crore on day four. The pre-release business was decent, and the film needs to collect around Rs 80 crore to break even.
Judging by its performance so far, Daaku Maharaaj is poised to cross the Rs 100-crore mark by the end of its run. With the Sankranthi holidays still ongoing, audiences are expected to watch the film in large numbers. Balakrishna's mass avatar has impressed the target audience significantly.
Additionally, the impact of Ram Charan's Game Changer has reduced somewhat, as word of mouth for the Shankar-directed film has been mixed. This leaves Daaku Maharaaj facing competition primarily from Venkatesh's Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, which also achieved a strong opening, earning Rs 25 crore net on day one, the highest for a Venkatesh film.

Directed by Bobby Kolli, Daaku Maharaaj features Urvashi Rautela and Shraddha Srinath in key roles, with Chandini Chowdary also playing an important part. The music by Thaman, especially the background score, has been one of the film's standout highlights, contributing to its grand success.
With Daaku Maharaaj, Balakrishna has secured his fourth consecutive hit. In the US, the film has grossed 1 million USD, making it Balakrishna’s fourth film to achieve this milestone, a record among senior heroes.
