Daaku Maharaaj box office day 5

Daaku Maharaaj is a smash hit, and there’s no denying this fact. The Balakrishna-starrer has broken even in several areas of its release and has crossed Rs 60 crore net in Telugu. On day four, the Bobby film made Rs 10 crore. However, occupancy dipped slightly on day five as the action drama earned Rs 6 crore net worldwide.

Daaku Maharaaj five day collections

This is still a decent number, considering Daaku Maharaaj faced stiff competition from the other Sankranti biggie, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam. Directed by Bobby Kolli, Daaku Maharaaj has performed exceptionally well in the Ceded region, a stronghold for Balakrishna.

In the US, the film has grossed over $1.5 million and continues to do well. Although collections have dipped slightly, they are expected to pick up again with the approaching weekend.

Daaku Mahraaj success celebrations to be held grandly

A grand celebration is planned for later today as the film has grossed over Rs 100 crore worldwide. The entire cast and crew will attend the event, which is expected to give the film an additional boost at the box office.

Daaku Maharaaj marks Balakrishna’s fourth consecutive hit, cementing his top form. On the remuneration front, the star reportedly charged a whopping Rs 20 crore for his role. Produced by Sithara Entertainments on a massive scale, the film has already turned a profit. The OTT rights have been acquired by Netflix for a hefty price, further contributing to the makers' solid returns.

Urvashi Rautela, Shraddha Srinath, Pragya Jaiswal, and Chandini Chowdary play key roles in this film, with music by Thaman. His exceptional background score has elevated the film to another level.
