Aadi Saikumar, who was seen in a handful of projects like Black, Atithi Devo Bhava, Crazy Fellow, Top Gear and Puli Meka, in the recent months, starred in a crime thriller CSI Sanatan this year. The film, which featured Misha Narang as the female lead, was bankrolled by Ajay Srinivas. Nandini Rai, Tarak Ponnappa, Bigg Boss fame Lasya, Madhusudan Rao essayed crucial roles in the film as well.
After a brief run in the theatres, the thriller is now out on OTT. Two leading digital platforms - aha and Amazon Prime Video - have acquired the post-theatrical streaming rights of the Telugu film. CSI Sanatan, which hit screens on March 10, has begun premiering globally this Wednesday. Ali Reza, Khayyum, Siva Karthik, Vikas, Ravi Prakash, Bhupal Raju form the supporting cast.
CSI Sanatan revolves around Vikram Chakravarthi(Tarak Ponnappa), the CEO of VC Finance Company, known for giving loans for lesser interest. One day, he gets killed under mysterious circumstances. In a bid to unlock this murder mystery, a special officer Sanatan (Aadi Saikumar) from the Crime Scene Investigation department takes up the case.

Producer Ajay Srinivas has shared that he has consciously made the film to caters to the demands of the viewers for suspenseful content. 'CSI' in the title stands for Crime Scene Investigation. The roller-coaster ride of thrills centres on the murder of the CEO of a chit-fund company and the ensuing search for the truth. Aadi Saikumar, who leads a clues department, pieces bewildering puzzles and arrives at a stunning conclusion at the end.
The makers share that the film has many edge-of-the-seat moments and call it an unpredictable story where suspects and victims appear to swap their places. Chaganti Santaiah, Sivashankar Dev penned the screenplay of CSI Sanatan, which has cinematography by Ganganamoni Shekar and music by Aneesh Solomon. Amar Reddy is the editor and Ravikumar Gurram is the art director respectively.
