CID 2: Shivaji Satam as ACP Pradyuman is all set to return to solve new cases | Check out

Shivaji Satam, Aditya Srivastava, and Daya Shetty are set to return in CID 2. The show will be available on Sony Entertainment Television and SonyLIV (OTTPlay Premium).

Fans are eagerly awaiting for every update of CID 2 ever since the announcement was made. The release date is not revealed yet. The makers have been teasing fans with new posters as they once again shared a new motion poster featuring Shivaji Satam aka ACP Pradyuman. CID 2 will soon air on Sony Entertainment Television. Shivaji Satam, Dayanand Shetty, and Aditya Shrivastava, the iconic trio of the show will return reprising their characters in the show.

On November 8, Sony Entertainment Television shared a new poster of CID 2 featuring ACP Pradyuman (played by Shivaji Satam). His intense look once again will win fans' hearts and bring back the nostalgia. The text on the poster read, "Ek Baar Phir Darwaaze Tootenge Aur Raaz Khulenge!"

Sharing the poster, they captione it, "ACP Pradyuman aur team aa rahe hai naye cases ke saath! #CID phir aa raha hai #SonyEntertainmentTelevision par."

CID 2 promo shows face-off between Daya and Abhijeet

A few days ago, the makers shared a promo which showed Daya and Abhijeet facing off each other. While ACP Pradyuman screamed "Daya", Abhijeet shoot the latter with a gun. After this, Daya fell off a cliff. The makers teased fans with the promo and asked fans to keep an eye on the social media page of Sony Entertainment Television as the release date will be out soon.

They captioned the post, "Jo desh ke liye ladte the ek saath, phir aa rahe hai iss saal! #CID phir aa raha hai #SonyEntertainmentTelevision par."

About CID 2

Pinkvilla reported that the shoot of CID Season 2 will begin around November 15. "The shoot begins around November 15, and the idea is to take the cult detective series on air in December - around the Christmas / New Year period. Over the years, audiences have given so much love to the TV show, and now is the time to give back the love to the audience," the source added. For the unversed, CID 2 will be released in December 2024.

Meanwhile, you can re-watch the season 1 of CID on SonyLIV as well as OTTPlay Premium. Once CID 2 goes on air, it will stream on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium.
