Vikram-starrer Chiyaan 62 has an exciting update coming up and here’s everything you need to know!
A new update shared by the makers of the upcoming film Chiyaan 62 has left Vikram fans in a frenzy. The makers of Vikram’s Chiyaan 62 have said that an exciting update will be dropped on April 17, on the actor’s birthday. The makers shared an interesting poster that featured a silhouette of the actor, holding a weapon. “Get Ready for a massive update on #Chiyaan62 in just two days! Make way for the master as he prepares to emerge from the shadows to take the world by storm!! (sic)”, the caption read. Although the makers have not specified what the new update would be, fans are speculating a grand release of the first-look poster of the actor from the film.
Nevertheless, this Vikram birthday will certainly be a mega treat for Chiyaan fans who have been waiting for an update from the SU Arun Kumar directorial.

According to reports, the upcoming film’s shooting will also begin on the actor’s birthday. Earlier the makers welcomed the main cast members of the film, including Dushara Vijayan, SJ Suryah and Malayalam actor Suraj Venjaramoodu, by releasing their posters.
Chiyaan 62 is touted to be an action thriller in which Vikram plays a middle-aged man. The makers had previously released an announcement video in which we saw Vikram beating up two men who were trying to harm a woman, who was attempting to file a police report. The initial glimpse gives viewers a look at the actor's action avatar. Other details regarding his character are expected to be revealed on the actor’s birthday. However, the film promises to be a gripping thriller, and the screenplay, written by acclaimed director SU Arun Kumar, will undoubtedly surprise fans. For the unversed, SU Arun Kumar directed the 2023 blockbuster film Chithha, which had Siddharth in the lead role.
SJ Suryah is expected to essay the role of a cop in the film, which has music rendered by GV Prakash Kumar.
