Cheran, Bose Venkat all praise for Samuthirakani's family drama Vinodhaya Sitham

Popular percussionist and music director Sivamani aka Drums Sivamani was all praise for Samuthirakani's Vinodhaya Sitham which premiered on Zee5 recently. He posted a video to appreciate the concept and execution of the movie which touches on intriguing philosophies of life.

Sivamani went gaga over Thambi Ramaiah's performance as well and went on to add that he would give 100 marks for the film. According to him, quality of music and lack of violence were the two reasons which made him fall in love with the movie. He also suggested others to watch Vinodhaya Sitham.

Now, actor-director Cheran and actor-turned-filmmaker Bose Venkat are the latest to have joined the bandwagon. In a video released by Zee5's social media tea, Cheran said he found the movie's theme to be sensible and matured.

He said, "This is a film which everyone to watch to understand life in a batter way. It also instills thought-provoking questions in us. Both Samuthirakani and Thambi Ramaiah have competed with each other in the film. I enjoyed the film thoroughly and a few instances made me cry. Hats off to Samuthirakani for coming up with a film which is soul-stirring. This is a film which will stay in my mind for a long time."

On his part, Bose Venkat said that he hasn't watched such a beautiful movie in the past seven years. "I got connected with the film from the first scene till the end. Every actor has given their best for the movie. Samuthirakani has excelled as both an actor and as a director. This is one of those movies which you will never forget in your life."

Ekambaram and Ramesh have handled Vinodhaya Sitham's cinematography and editing respectively. Munishkanth, Deepak, Sanchita Shetty and Jayaprakash are other actors who have essayed interesting roles in the film.
