Sreenivas Bellamkonda is all set to debut in Bollywood with his first Hindi film Chatrapathi opposite Nushrratt Bharuccha. The anticipated flick is the official Hindi remake of S. S. Rajamouli's 2005 Telugu film of the same name starring Prabhas. After releasing a peppy track, the makers have finally unveiled the official trailer of the movie packed with action, drama and romance.
The latest trailer begins by showcasing the era of 1985 in Pakistan. Moving on, the official video introduces Sreenivas as an action hero, who can be seen combating many goons. Nushrratt enters the montage and asks him why is he fighting with a lot of people, to which he replies that he is doing it for his mother, who came to India from Pakistan in 1985 with his brother and he wants to find them.
After a few action and dramatic sequences, the trailer gives a glimpse of the romantic angle between Sreenivas and Nushrratt, who can be seen dancing, singing and romancing with each other. The video further takes the audience to the retro era that showcases the hero's character's young life with his mother and brother in a small village. The story of the upcoming movie definitely seems intriguing, while the trailer is packed with action, drama and romance.

Bankrolled by Dr Jayantilal Gada, Dhaval Jayantilal Gada and Aksshay Jayantilal Gada under the banner of Gangubai Kathiwadi and RRR fame Pen Studios, the highly anticipated flick is directed by V.V. Vinayak and also has Amit Nair, Rajendra Gupta, Swapnil, Ashish Singh, Sahil Vaid, Shivam Patil, Mohammad Monajir, Auroshika Dey, Vedika Nawani, Jason, Bhagyashree, Sharad Kelkar and Karan Singh Chhabra playing important characters.
Chatrapathi is slated to have a theatrical release on May 12, 2023.
